Summary of Duties:

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members, guests, and vendors. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.

Position Purpose:

To provide a courteous and efficient dining experience to guests.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Become knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, specials, and prices.
Respond tactfully to guest complaints.
Communicate all guest suggestions or complaints to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Monitor guest needs on a continual basis and check for guest satisfaction as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Become familiar with casino events and promotions in order to accurately inform dining guests.
Accept payment and operate point of sale system.
Clear tables of used service items as needed.
Follow all alcohol sale and food safety ordinances and regulations.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Verify legal age (21) of guests ordering alcohol.
Comply with ABLE Commission rules, and Alcohol Sale & Distribution Procedures.
Comply with tip reporting procedures and Title 31 requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/ Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of 6 months of prior serving experience.
Must be at least 18 years old. Requires Food Handler’s Permit.
Requires Oklahoma Liquor License.

Work Requirements:

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily.
Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
